King Street Press is a boutique design and publishing studio in Shoalhaven Heads, led by illustrator and creative director Melissa Mylchreest. She partners with organisations, councils and authors to produce nature-inspired books, maps, reports and place-based storytelling projects across print and digital.

Melissa specialises in self-publishing support, publication design and place-based storytelling — helping clients develop clear, engaging and beautifully crafted content. Her work spans book layout, illustrated resources, annual reports, maps, guides, infographics and interpretive materials for tourism, museums, councils and community groups.

Through collaborative design, thoughtful illustration and a strong connection to local landscapes, King Street Press creates purposeful publications that inform, inspire and strengthen community storytelling.
